FORT WORTH, Texas, May 10 -- Sabre Holdings Corporation (NYSE: TSG) and PeopleSoft (Nasdaq: PSFT) today announced that Sabre will be a charter supplier in PeopleSoft MarketPlace, a business-to-business trading exchange where customers, suppliers, corporations and their employees can collaborate and conduct business efficiently via the Internet. Incorporating the Sabre Business Travel Solutions(R) system into the PeopleSoft MarketPlace will provide corporations with easy access to the industry-leading online travel booking and policy management tools that give the potential to save as much as 30 percent in total travel management costs.

The Sabre BTS system will seamlessly integrate into PeopleSoft MarketPlace leveraging the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture, an XML-based integration platform. The joint solution will reduce administration time and costs by simplifying product implementation. It will also enhance the experience of the end-users by allowing them to handle all purchases through one application with a single log-in.
