subsidiary companies met February 2, 2002. The board of CinFin Capital
Management Company appointed two new directors, Thomas A. Joseph, CPCU, and
David H. Popplewell, FLMI, LLIF. Joseph is senior vice president of commercial
lines for the property casualty group and a director of The Cincinnati Casualty
Company. Popplewell is president, chief operating officer and a director of The
Cincinnati Life Insurance Company.
