The Charter Bundle® -- Maximum Value at an Affordable Price
To provide our customers with additional savings and convenience, we offer bundles of two or three Charter services for one value-based price. Customers who combine their cable television, high-speed Internet, and telephone services into a “triple-play” bundle receive the greatest value for their communication dollars. As a result, more than half of our customers subscribe to “The Charter Bundle®.”

In order to accomplish this, we’ve increased the number of care agents, upgraded the technology used in our care centers, and we’ve enhanced agent training to better serve our customers. We’ve equipped our field technicians with additional tools and resources, shortened customer appointment windows, and we provide an on-time arrival guarantee. Charter is always available to assist customers quickly and efficiently in person at one of over 300 offices located nationwide, by phone, via online chat, and through interaction on social media.
