CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan 25, 2001--To support the company's continued growth, Braun Consulting, a leading professional services firm delivering customer-focused business solutions, today announced key additions to the company's growing leadership team. These appointments include Anne Zaczek, Senior Vice President, Finance, and Kurt Schroeder, Vice President, Sales and Marketing.

In addition, Jim Kalustian, Executive Vice President, will transition his role from overseeing Braun Consulting's sales and marketing capability to lead the firm's recently expanded eSolutions business unit. This expanded strategic business unit will integrate business strategy, creative design, and web-based applications with back-office systems to deliver clients a comprehensive service offering that spans their entire value chain -from customer-facing strategies and applications to operational management and fulfillment systems. In this new role, Mr. Kalustian will both define and lead the business unit activity and direct the continued advancement of its service offerings and delivery capabilities.

Mr. Duvall will transition his responsibilities at Braun during the first quarter, before leaving to pursue other opportunities. Steve Braun will assume Mr. Duvall's responsibilities on an interim basis.

Anne Zaczek, Senior Vice President of Finance

As Senior Vice President of Finance, Anne Zaczek joins Braun Consulting with twenty years experience in the financial management, accounting and information systems. Prior to joining to Braun Consulting, Ms. Zaczek was a vice president of finance at Ameritech. She launched her financial career at G.D. Searle, now Monsanto, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pharmacia Corporation. In her new role, Zaczek will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting and operational analysis activities.
