Administaff Announces Mark W. Allen as Vice President of Strategic Planning

HOUSTON, Oct 02, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- Administaff, Inc. (NYSE: ASF), the nation's leading professional employer organization, today announced Mark W. Allen has joined the Administaff management team in the role of vice president of strategic planning. Allen will be responsible for managing all aspects of Administaff's corporate strategic planning activities, as well as the evaluation of new business opportunities and how they might align with, and contribute to, Administaff's profitable growth. He will report to Paul J. Sarvadi, chairman and chief executive officer.

Prior to joining Administaff, Allen held various roles with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, last serving the Business Services group as managing director, investment banking. Allen was recognized as a leading research analyst in the human resources and business services sector by placing or receiving honorable mention in five consecutive Institutional Investor polls from 1999-2003. He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a master's degree in management science from Georgia Institute of Technology. Allen is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
