$100,000 Business Sweepstakes. The contest, which will award a
$100,000 business grant to the winning small or medium-sized business
entrant, is the fourth sweepstakes offered by Administaff and follows
the $100,000 prize awarded earlier this year.
In addition to the $100,000 first-place grant, sweepstakes entrants will
have an opportunity to win a second or third-place cash prize of $25,000
or $10,000, respectively.

Businesses with at least 10 and no more than 2,000 full-time employees
located in the United States are eligible to enter the sweepstakes at http://www.administaff.com.
Entrants are required to explore an interactive micro site, Enhance Your
State of Business, and correctly answer questions related to the
experience. A complete list of official rules is also located on the Web
site. The contest ends at 5 p.m. CT on Dec. 31, 2009. Winners will be
randomly selected from all qualified entries and announced in January
2010.
