Administaff Declares Quarterly Dividend and Expands Share Repurchase Program
| HOUSTON, Feb 11, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Administaff, Inc. (NYSE:ASF), a leading provider of human
resources services for small and medium-sized businesses, today
announced that its board of directors has approved a quarterly
dividend of $0.11 per share. The cash dividend will be paid on March
19, 2008, to all stockholders of record as of Feb. 29, 2008.
In addition, Administaff's board authorized an expansion of its
share repurchase program by an additional one million shares. Year to
date, the company has repurchased 354,044 shares. As a result of the
expansion, Administaff now has 1,788,114 shares available for
repurchase. Administaff intends to adopt Rule 10b5-1 prearranged stock
trading plans to facilitate the repurchase of its common stock during
times it would not otherwise be in the market due to self-imposed
trading blackout periods or possible possession of nonpublic
information.
