Administaff Declares Quarterly Dividend

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 9, 2007--Administaff, Inc. (NYSE:ASF), a leading provider of human resources services for small and medium-sized businesses, today announced that its board of directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share. The cash dividend will be paid on Sept. 7, 2007, to all stockholders of record as of Aug. 23, 2007.

In addition to returning value to stockholders through cash dividends, Administaff has repurchased over 1.5 million of its outstanding shares year to date. The company now has approximately 966,000 shares available for repurchase under its current authorization.
